Finish DMP can I get Morgate?

Hi Could you help me, I have DMP 3 years ago(finish settled), but I just check my credit score from checkmyfile is quite low 525, but from Experian 849 fair,
im looking for Morgate this year but my credit score quite low 525 can I still get Morgate ? Im looking house 250k, deposit 75k and 15k from my wife, so I have 90k deposit.

Hi Jay,

Well done on completing the DMP and try not to worry about some of the credit "scores"

The information held on your credit profile is essential, but the scores provided hold little relevance.

The exact number/dates/value of the defaults, missed payments etc. on your credit file will determine the lending options available in addition to the other details of your case

Your deposit will certainly open up the pool of lenders, so would be fairly confident of a solution.

The devil will be in the detail and we would always recommend speaking to a specialist to determine your options
