Have a default but was told that was fine now mortgage application declined as they found a ccj (no knowledge of this and certainly not taken a loan out) what to do now? Can I get a mortgage with a ccj and default?

Hi, the 10 percent deposit is likely to cause you more trouble than the default/CCJ in the current climate

Unfortunately there are limited lenders doing 90% loan to values and mixed with adverse will be a tough ask.

It would be prudent to understand the details of the CCJ and challenge the recording if this was not you.

Good luck
